It is essential that you read all the instructions carefully; so that the nomination is not put at risk.

The nomination, references, and endorsement forms must be submitted no later than 01 March 2014 at 11:59 p.m. (EST).

To begin, you must have an IEEE Fellow Account. The account will allow you to create a nomination and to track the progress of the nomination up to the March 1 deadline. Upon submission, the references and endorsers will immediately be notified by e-mail that will include a link to the appropriate form for them to complete.

Note: Sometimes companies, universities, and government agencies block an e-mail from being delivered. When inserting an e-mail address for a reference or endorser, it is advisable that you input a personal e-mail address such as Yahoo, AOL, Gmail, MSN or Verizon; so that you do not encounter any issues.

NEW USERS - Click on “CREATE IEEE FELLOW ACCOUNT”. Then follow the instructions.

EXISTING USERS – Enter your USERNAME and PASSWORD. Then click either NEW NOMINATION or EXISTING NOMINATION.

FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD - Click on “REQUEST PASSWORD”. Then follow the instructions.
